Refund Policy

All sales are final, but we offer limited refunds or credits under specific conditions outlined below.

Retreats & Events

Due to the nature of our retreats and events, we invest in accommodations, facilitators, and planning well in advance. Our refund policy for these experiences is as follows:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot and cover initial planning costs.

  • Full refunds (excluding the deposit) are available if canceled within 30 days of registration, provided it is at least 90 days before the event.

  • 50% refunds (excluding the deposit) are available for cancellations made 60 days before the event.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. However, you may transfer your registration to another retreat or participant with prior approval.

  • If we cancel an event or retreat, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Merchandise (DND I'm Healing Collection)

  • No refunds or exchanges are issued for our merchandise.

Coaching & Certification Courses

  • Deposits for coaching and certification courses are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of a coaching program or certification course, you may receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).

  • No refunds will be issued less than 14 days before the start date, but you may apply the amount as a credit toward a future session or course.

Transfer & Credit Options

If you are unable to attend an event, retreat, or session, we may allow credit transfers to a future offering or another participant, depending on availability.
