Hi, I’m T’Keyah Bennett, a Certified Doula, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Mindfulness Expert dedicated to helping women of color heal, set boundaries, and embrace self care without guilt. Through my work with BLK Girl Space, Melanin Girls Heal, and With Love Birthing Services, I’ve created spaces for black women to rest, connect, and reclaim their well-being.
I understand the weight of wearing many hats entrepreneur, mother, healer, advocate. My passion is helping you prioritize yourself, build sustainable self care routines, and move through life with ease and intention.
Why I Created This Coaching Space?
After years of supporting women through birth, wellness, and mental health, I realized one thing we need more than occasional self-care; we need a lifestyle of healing. My coaching is designed to help you:
